After CR Data Recovery Center receive the hard drive from you, we will diagnostic the hard drive and we will send an information of your harddisk damage and quote the price for data recovery to you.

How to use our service

  • Deliver your hard drive to our data recovery specialist for diagnostic.
  • CR Data Recovery quote price to customer.
  • Customer pay the services fees on the term of payment including data recovery service fees, delivery fees and backup.
  • Our data recovery specialist recovery your data at our labs.
  • After we complete the data recovery process, we will inform to customer to receive your harddisk and your data back. In case customer send the hard drive via package delivery, we will send back with the address that customer inform.
